At Sparter, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or promotional events.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $60.
  • Orders under $60 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at service@sparterbags.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Sparter is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at service@sparterbags.com.

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and find the best solution.
