Limited Warranty Policy
SPARTER offers a limited warranty for products purchased from the SPARTER official website and authorized retail partners only.
Stainless steel drinkware bodies are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and thermal performance under normal use and proper care.
Lids, straws, seals, silicone parts, handles, and other accessories are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper care.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, SPARTER may repair it, replace the defective part, or provide a comparable replacement product.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
Scratches, dents, chips, faded paint, coating wear, or other cosmetic damage
Damage caused by drops, impacts, punctures, crushing, or accidents
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow care and use instructions
Odors, stains, mold, rust, or damage caused by improper cleaning, drying, or storage
Lost or stolen products
Lost products or components
Counterfeit or non-authentic SPARTER products
Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other events beyond normal product use
Please note that cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance is not considered a manufacturing defect.
How long are products covered?

How to Request Service?
To request warranty service, please contact SPARTER Customer Support with your order number, the email address used for purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.
How We Handle It?
If approved, SPARTER will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement of parts, replacement of the product, or another comparable solution.
Replacement products or parts may not be identical in color, finish, or design. SPARTER does not provide cash refunds under this limited warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The term “lifetime” refers to the functional lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
